We are working with a successful and growing Chartered financial planning and wealth management organisation to recruit a Financial Services Administrator. Our client places a strong emphasis on developing its people and creating long-term career opportunities.

Based in the Woking office, this position offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate, experienced administrator or someone looking to move into financial services. You will receive structured training and ongoing support while gaining valuable experience working alongside experienced Financial Planners and developing your knowledge of the wider financial planning process.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider team.
  • Assist with client documentation, applications and general administration.
  • Liaise with providers and internal teams to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support the smooth running of the client journey.
  • Develop your knowledge of financial planning and financial services.
  • Work towards professional qualifications as you progress.

About You

This role would suit a graduate, financial services administrator or someone looking for a new challenge and a long-term career in financial planning.
