We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, fully independent financial planning firm that has built an outstanding reputation within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced IFA Sales Support Administrator to join their team and provide vital support to their Financial Planners and valued clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional, forward-thinking business.

The role will involve:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider financial planning team
  • Assisting with the smooth processing and management of client cases from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all client information is managed efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to deliver a first-class service
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day sales support activities and operational requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within financial services administration (essential)
  • Experience supporting an IFA, Financial Adviser, or wealth management team would be advantageous
  • A good understanding of financial products such as investments, pensions, platforms, or protection
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and professional approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent client support
