IFA Administrator – Bromsgrove
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + benefits + bonus

A successful and growing Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the financial advice sector to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners

  • Process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and savings products

  • Prepare client valuations, review packs, and reports

  • Maintain and update client records on back-office systems

  • Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain policy information and documentation

  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and processes are followed accurately

  • Support advisers with diary management and client meeting preparation

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator, or Financial Services Administrator

  • Knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, ISAs, protection) and platforms

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A proactive and client-focused approach

  • Experience using industry software (e.g. Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar) would be an advantage
