IFA Administrator – Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience) + company benefits
Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a friendly, professional team within a supportive and growing business.

The Role

Working as part of a close-knit support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a team of Financial Planners, ensuring clients receive a first-class service. You will be joining an experienced team consisting of 2 Paraplanners and 2 other Administrators, contributing to the efficient running of a busy advice practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing client packs, valuations, and reports ahead of client meetings

  • Processing new business applications and tracking progress through to completion

  • Liaising with product providers, clients, and colleagues to gather and update information

  • Maintaining accurate records on the back-office system

  • Supporting the Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration

About You

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an IFA Administration role is essential

  • Solid understanding of financial planning processes and products (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with clients, providers, and team members

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with an IFA back-office system
