Financial Planning Administrator

High Wycombe | Hybrid Working Available

Salary up to £40,000 (DOE) | Full-Time

We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded financial planning firm based in High Wycombe, who are looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator to join a supportive, professional business, working closely with advisers and paraplanners across the full client journey.

  • Location: High Wycombe (hybrid working available)
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 for the right candidate
  • Working pattern: Full-time, with flexibility for hybrid working

The Role Will Include:

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Planners
  • Preparing and processing new business and servicing documentation
  • Liaising with providers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows

About You:

This role would suit someone with previous experience in financial services administration who is looking to progress their career within a high-quality, well-regarded advice firm. Strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and confidence working in a busy environment are essential.
