Our client, a leading Chartered and Accredited Independent Financial Planning Firm based in Wimbledon, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in a Financial Services Admin position and will provide support to the firm's advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations

  • Initiate correspondence and collect precise data.
  • Scrutinize information provided by service and product providers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Acquire illustrations and pre-fill application forms.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of new business paperwork.
  • Execute precise and efficient processing of all business applications.

Client Management

  • Prepare client documents and correspondence before and after meetings in accordance with established procedures.
  • Calculate, record, and reconcile fees.
  • Schedule and complete action items resulting from client meetings according to established procedures.

Reviews

  • Prepare client review documents as outlined in the Annual Planning Meeting process.
  • Assist in the implementation of agreed-upon action items.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £35,000
