Our client, a prominent Independent Financial Advice firm located in Sussex, is seeking to bolster their team in Shoreham with a Client Support Administrator. Managing over £1.5 billion in client funds through their in-house Discretionary Investment Management (DIM) service and with over 30 years of industry experience, they are poised for further growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication through various channels.
- Maintain precise client records and documentation within Intelligent Office, ensuring adherence to data integrity and compliance standards.
- Generate standard client reports using approved templates and assist in utilizing additional toolsets for client analysis.
- Facilitate the transfer, setup, and administration of investments and policies for clients, coordinating with providers as needed.
- Oversee client fees and commission setups in Intelligent Office to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Ensure timely scanning and filing of client communications and documentation to meet regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance of up-to-date client records to align with regulatory requirements.
