Our client is a leading Independent Financial Advice firm based in Sussex. They manage over £1.5billion of clients’ money via their in-house Discretionary Investment Management (DIM) service. With over 30 years of work in the industry, they are looking to expand on a history of growth and success with the addition of a Client Support Administrator to their Brighton office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling correspondence via various channels.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within Intelligent Office, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Generate standard client reports using agreed templates and assist in utilizing other toolsets for client analysis.
- Facilitate the transfer, setup, and administration of investments and policies on behalf of clients, liaising with providers as necessary.
- Manage client fees and commission setups in Intelligent Office for accurate financial transactions and reporting.
- Ensure timely scanning and filing of client communications and documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Support in maintaining up-to-date client records to adhere to regulatory requirements.

- Previous experience with Intelligent Office preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices and regulations is advantageous.
