We are working with an established and highly successful company that is entering an exciting stage of growth. They are now looking for a professional, confident and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.

This is a varied role that combines both administrative and reception responsibilities. As one of the first points of contact for clients, you will play a key part in creating a positive and professional impression of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking accurate messages when required.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
  • Liaising with clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Well-presented, articulate, and confident in dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team.
