This is a varied role that combines both administrative and reception responsibilities. As one of the first points of contact for clients, you will play a key part in creating a positive and professional impression of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking accurate messages when required.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
- Liaising with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Well-presented, articulate, and confident in dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team.
