Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for leadership and organisational excellence? We're currently recruiting for a dynamic and highly capable Executive Assistant & Manager to support C-suite executives and lead both the Executive Assistant and Reception teams in a growing, high-performing organisation based in Bath.

This is a rare opportunity to shape internal service delivery at the top level, contribute to company culture and play a key role in executive operations. You’ll enjoy variety, autonomy and a real chance to influence how the business presents itself internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level EA support to the CEO and COO, including complex diary management, travel booking, and meeting coordination.
  • Attend and minute board and leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked and actioned.
  • Prepare briefing documents, circulate meeting papers, and manage expenses accurately.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of Executive Assistants and Receptionists across multiple sites.
  • Foster a collaborative, proactive working environment, promoting best practices and strategic partnerships between teams and executives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and operational leadership.

Reception Oversight

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality reception services across all office locations.
  • Champion service excellence and maintain the face of the organisation through effective team performance and professional front-of-house operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in an Executive Assistant or Business Support role at senior level.
  • Proven team management skills—able to motivate, develop, and lead multiple team members across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a regulated or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information:

  • This role is based in central Bath (hybrid working) with occasional travel to a London office.
  • Full-time, permanent position offering excellent benefits and development opportunities.

Package:

  • Basic salary to £45,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 WFH
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Group Life Assurance
  • 5% Pension
  • Private Medical
  • And much more!
