We are looking for someone with recruitment experience either inhouse or agency to work for this Global Insurer initially on a 6-month contract with the potential for the role to become permanent. You will be assisting line managers throughout the full recruitment cycle. Liaising with direct candidates and agencies and the business. You will also be coordinating recruitment campaigns, marketing through social media and magazines, conducting MI and producing reports for the business. You will need to be available immediately for this role.
You will need to be customer focused to create a positive candidate experience. Previous recruitment experience. Some experience of working within an Insurance environment or recruiting for the industry. You must be self-motivated with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. You will be immediately available or coming to the end of your current contract.
