An exciting opportunity to join a team of established Delegated Authorities Account Managers. Working for a Lloyd’s Syndicate, who offers both specialty, commercial insurance and reinsurance products across the UK, European, Middle East, US and other international locations with around 60 office worldwide.
This growing team has a fantastic opportunity to assist in the growth of the division which has a low turnover of staff and already holds 12 employees in the division, each person gets a growth plan and opportunities to assist in varies projects throughout the business.
- Working under moderate direct supervision, execute the diligence for Binding Authority Agreements, Line-Slips, Consortia, Master Policies and Claims DCAs, including the review of Binding Authority documentation
- Monitor and execute Lloyd’s approval processes for delegated authority relationships
- Review, monitor and track Cover holder / Claims DCA audit reports
- Work with Underwriting, Claims and other relevant teams to ensure delegated authority processes are fully understood and adopted
- Maintain a database of all current “lead and follow” Binding Authority contracts and Claims DCAs, and ensure records are properly recorded on IT systems
- Represent the Delegated Authority Management Team at relevant internal meetings, including divisional underwriting meetings, and at external market meetings
To be successful in this role you need to have a good understanding of DUA market, use of Atlas or DOM would be an advantage.
