Job Title: Receptionist
Description: Do you have experience as a Receptionist in an insurance environment? We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a specialised insurer in the City. Duties will include meeting and greeting clients, distributing post, operating the switchboard, booking meeting rooms, dealing with travel arrangements, and other ad hoc duties, you will be working alongside three other receptionists so the front desk is manned at all times. The hours will consist of 1pm - 6pm, and occasional 8am-6pm to cover holiday.
Requirements/Experience: To apply for this position you must have gained reception experience in a corporate environment ideally insurance, have strong IT skills, have a good telephone manner, and be a great team player.
