The Opportunity
As a Paraplanner, you will play a central role in supporting a team of Financial Planners, providing comprehensive technical and analytical support. Key Responsibilities
- 
	
Prepare and deliver high-quality client reports, suitability letters and annual review documents

Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to implement client recommendations efficiently and accurately
 - 
	
Gather, analyse and maintain detailed client data using Intelligent Office and financial planning software
 - 
	
Conduct in-depth product and market research to support advice recommendations
 - 
	
Liaise directly with clients and third parties, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication
 - 
	
Manage your own workflow effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained
 - 
	
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies, including AML requirements
 - 
	
Support the continuous improvement of paraplanning processes and systems
 
About You
- 
	
Minimum CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
 - 
	
Previous experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment
 - 
	
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
 - 
	
Proficient with financial planning software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 - 
	
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
 - 
	
Highly organised, analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
 - 
	
A proactive team player who takes ownership and maintains high personal standards
