We are working with a well-established, thriving and growing financial planning practice based in the heart of Bristol. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative team.

The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded business that takes pride in delivering outstanding financial advice and client service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm's Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth running of client processes and maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, handling queries and correspondence
  • Prepare client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
  • Process new business applications and monitor progress through to completion
  • Maintain and update client records on the back-office system
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties
  • Manage Adviser diaries and support day-to-day operations

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar financial planning/IFA administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with both clients and colleagues
  • Proficient with back-office systems and MS Office
  • A proactive, team-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £36,000 (depending on experience)
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Strong benefits package
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
