A national Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation are recruiting for an IFA Administration Team Leader to join their team in Bristol. The role will have supervision/line management of the Administration team (4 members of staff), whilst also undertaking some support work for Financial Planners & clients.
You will be responsible for supervising the team, work allocation, performance and recruitment, providing on-going training and personal development. The client is looking for an individual with previous experience in a supervisory or Team Leader position or a Senior Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The role will be working out of their offices in the centre of Bristol; however, they also offer flexible working with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home or vice versa.
There is excellent scope for progression within this role into Administration Manager or to move into other areas of the business.
Basic salary to £40,000 + bonus and company benefits including: PMI, Pensions, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and much more.
