IFA Administration Manager - Manchester - Leading firm of Chartered Financial Planners - Salary negotiable
MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a well established and highly respected firm of Chartered Financial Planners in central Manchester who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Support Manager to head up their team of IFA back office staff.
As well as playing your part in supporting the Financial Advisers with Administration and Report Writing, your responsibilities will include:
- To act as first point of contact for queries, manage workloads within the team and identify training needs and areas for continuous improvement.
- To hold regular one to one meetings with individuals and conduct the annual appraisal for your team.
Reporting to the company Operations Manager and review manager, you'll be responsible for the day to day oversight and management of the IFA Administration team. As such, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior IFA Administrator who ideally has previous experience in a leadership or management position. You will ideally be Diploma qualified and any experience using 1st Software and Genovo Suitability Letter Writer will give you an advantage.
