Our client, a leading Wealth Management organisation is currently seeking a Client Administrator to join their London based Financial Planning team.
This role includes a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for three days of office-based work and two days of remote work per week.

The company is on the lookout for a seasoned and professional individual to fill the Client Administrator role within their Financial Planning division, offering support to their Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities include:
Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to ensure superior client outcomes.
Establishing and maintaining client relationships and ensuring regular communication.
Keeping back-office systems and client records up to date in accordance with company policies.
Procuring policy information from external policy providers as needed.
Coordinating with operational teams for support on various activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes, where necessary.
Preparing meeting packs and valuations when required.
The compensation package is up to £40,000, in addition to an annual bonus and an exceptional Benefits package.
