We are currently working with a leading Accountancy, Wealth Management & Employee Benefits business, who are seeking to recruit for an Employee Benefits Consultant / Team Leader, to join their team. This forward thinking organisation is a highly regarded accountancy practice with offices in the City of London. They have both an accountancy division and also a wealth management and employee benefits division.
Within this role you will be the primary point of advice within the EB team. You will be the Team Leader as the Employee Benefits Consultant and you will have a team of three including a technical assistant and two administrators. Within your role you will be managing a client bank of EB clients which has a recurring income of around £350,000, as well as prospecting for potential new business.
Within this position duties will be comprised of -
10% - Management of the EB team
25% - Business development for new clients
65% - Managing relationships with previous EB clients of the business
Candidates should have four plus years experience as an EB Consultant and should be Diploma qualified, or very close to.
Package will comprise of a generous base salary of between £60-70,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
