MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a well established and highly profitable firm of IFA's in the centre of Manchester who are looking to recruit a skilled senior Administrator to their team in a Client Relationship Manager role.
This role is working alongside the company's Managing Director, assisting with operational and high level administrative tasks in order to allow him to focus on meeting new and existing clients. You'll also be responsible for helping the existing administration team by processing new business, liaising with providers, LOA's, answering client queries etc.
Candidates will be expereinced and skilled administrators from a financial planning background. You will have a good knowledge of Investments and Pensions and will have experience of back office systems such as 'Adviser Office' or 'Intelligent Office' and platforms (Aegon, Cofunds etc).
We are looking for an intelligent and personable individual with a good work ethic. You must be able to work independently and show initiative, managing your own workload. There will be a lot of client contact so excellent communication skills are essential.
