The Wealth Planning arm of one of the UK’s largest Wealth Managers is current seeking to recruit a highly experienced Wealth Planning Administrator on an initial 12 months FTC although there is a strong chance that this role will become permeant. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Knowledge of X-Plan or IO software is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Wealth Planners to facilitate seamless case submissions to the paraplanning team.
- Manage finance-related queries, including invoices, billing, and commissions, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare accurate Service Agreements to uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
- Coordinate central services such as paraplanning and valuations to optimize client workflow and satisfaction.
- Handle client onboarding paperwork in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting packs, and efficiently manage planners' diaries to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records in designated systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in relevant training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and share best practices with colleagues.
- Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management to support the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Financial Planning process.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) with experience in XPlan, IO and Voyant preferred.
- Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
- Effective organizational and prioritization abilities.
