Trainee Financial Planner

• The idea is that over the course of 18-24 months you will be shadowing the CEO, helping them to service their significant client book and being introduced as their future point of contact for when the CEO retires.
• You will start client work within the first 6 months, once you are settled into the company's way of working
• During this training period you will also be assisting the Advisor by producing financial plan's/ reports for their clients
• Preparing cashflow reports where applicable
• Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties

• You must be Diploma qualified as a minimum, ideally Chartered or willing to work towards this
• Candidates must have excellent Technical ability
• You must also have first class communication skills, with the ability to communicate your technical knowledge clearly and effectively
• The successful candidate will ideally move into a full financial planner role within 2 years, so it is important that the applicants show this ambition.
• You should have a minimum of 3 years' Paraplanning experience
