As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in financial services and general insurance, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates within the industry. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a specialised team, working in a collaborative environment that values customer service and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services and insurance sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services and insurance sectors, including industry trends and regulations.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
