Our client is a global Asset Management business with trillions in assets under management. They have impressive offices throughout the world and are one of the most highly regarded asset managers across the globe. This is a temp to perm opportunity initially paying £180 per day + exceptional bonus & benefits.

Our client currently seeks to appoint an individual to join their retail team, as a Investment Customer Service Assistant. On a six-month contract with the view to go permanent. The day rate for this role is £180 per day.

You role with the business will be to support the retail team, by co-ordinating and servicing the businesses retail clients and third parties. You will be tasked to speak with both retail clients and third parties via phone, email and occasionally face to face, to make sure that queries are responded to in a timely manner and to keep service levels at a high standard.
