Financial Planning Administrator / Coordinator - Market Harborough, Leicestershire - Flexible Working - Salary up to £26K plus company benefits
MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a highly respected and established firm of Financial Planners with offices across the UK. The company are very busy, with various divisions each specialising in a specific area of growth. The Corporate division specialises in providing Employee Benefits Advice to SME's and large Corporate's, with another team providing individual Financial Planning Advice to employees of these companies.
We are looking for a highly organised Financial Planning Administrator who would be able to work closely with these two Teams and their Corporate clients; coordinating their diaries to arrange meetings and suitable meeting places. You will also act as the 'Go to' point of contact for the Administration of all Financial Planning business being completed with these clients, working closely with other Administrators on the team to ensure that the work is completed thoroughly and to meet deadlines.
IFA Administrator duties:
Although you will have help from other Administrators, your duties will include; new business processing, liaising with providers and clients, LOA's, obtaining quotes, typing, maintaining the database etc.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with at least 3 years' previous experience of working as an IFA Administrator and ideally also with experience as a PA for a Director. You must have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong typing and IT skills including the use of MS Word and Excel. You must also be highly organised and enjoy working in a high pressured environment.
