Growing IFA practice looking to an experienced IFA Financial Administrator to provide high quality, full administrative support to Advisers with the primary objective to deliver first class service to the firm's clients.
The main responsibilities within this role are to ensure client files are fully FCA compliant, processing of new and existing business, sending out letters of authority for existing plans, obtaining relevant information from providers and fund managers and to support the paraplanners and advisers with any other responsibilities. Main priority is to offer a welcoming, efficient, professional and effective client service. Candidates must have experience in an IFA administration support role, a detailed knowledge of the FCA rules and financial regulations and experience of using Adviser Office software.
Looking for excellent organisational and communication skills, experience of working within a high pressure environment within defined service standards and procedures. Part RO qualified preferred but not essential but candidate must have previous experience of working in a financial planning support capacity.
