We are currently seeking a Financial Adviser to join a well established Financial Planning business which is providing highly technical and holistic financial planning advice to wealthy families and small businesses.
They are looking to employ a new IFA with a salary between £45,000 to £70,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
The firm is a small and professional outfit with an excellent client bank of wealthy private clients and their families. They also have a good book of corporate clients rising from SMEs to quite large firms. Almost all of their income is on recurring advisory fees and they are in good shape to expand.
The ideal candidate will be level 4 qualified but with expertise, qualifications and experience in advising on later life matters. Clearly someone who was already a member of SOLLA would be a particularly appropriate candidate.
The role will offer a good salary together with clients to advise and rewards if you do a good job. Likely OTE is somewhere between £60 and 80k in year one but will rise year on year thereafter.
