New Business Executive; Customer Services - Lead Generation - Investment Management;

Liverpool - up to £27,000 plus Bonus and Benefits;

Our client, one of the biggest and most recognisable Wealth & Investment Management organisations in the UK, with over 60 offices across the country, is currently hiring a New Business Executive for their Liverpool office.

The company specialise in providing wealth management and discretionary investment management services, mainly to High Net Worth individuals across the UK.

The role:

  • The New Business team is responsible for delivering the growth of new clients and assets into the business.
  • Using leads generated via a variety of different digital marketing strategies, your role will be to discuss the new client's requirements, understand the details and introduce them to the most appropriate services that the company can provide
  • You'll need to learn about the company and the different services that it can provide in order to properly assess a client's needs
  • You'll work closely with a number of different teams and colleagues and ensure that potential clients receive a fantastic first impression of the company
  • You'll answer inbound calls, email requests for information and make outbound calls to clients who have expressed an interest in a service

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but advantageous. Ideally you will have experience in a role dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Proven ability to be both credible professionally and able to build long term relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrable business acumen together with experience in developing and implementing business plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Demonstrate interest in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets
