Entry level or experienced claims person

Our client a leading insurance capital partner that supports and provides platforms for insurance MGA’s is looking to grow their Claims team. Working on Financial Lines & Treaty business you will support on all claims operations tasks and adjust and manage a small portfolio of claims and claims function tasks. You will report to the Global Head of Claims, who is committed to providing personal development, a strong career path and a great place to work.
Some of the duties will include but not limited to:
- Pro-actively manage individual and portfolio of claims
- Report and liaise with underwriters, business units and management
- Manage 3rd party experts and TPAs
- Be part of claims improvement initiatives and highlight opportunities for improvements
- Perform claims adjusting in accordance with claims guidelines and procedures
Experience required:
- Experience of claims adjusting or claims operations (or ability to take this next step)
- Willing to learn
- Well organised
