The role will focus on building lasting relationships and identifying growth opportunities.  

  • Nurture and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and attentive service.
  • Listen to clients' needs and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Proactively uncover organic business growth opportunities within the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address clients' evolving needs and drive mutual success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.


  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
