Location: London (hybrid - flexible, roughly 2–3 days office) Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 plus bonus and equity participation

A young, fast-growing financial planning business founded by advisers who left larger firms to build something better. Modern tech stack, no legacy processes, and a client base growing quickly through referral.
The role
An early hire into the technical function, which means real influence over how things get built:
- Full paraplanning support across a growing private client bank
- Helping design the report and research process from the ground up rather than inheriting someone else's
- Working closely with the founders on both client work and how the business scales
- Scope to shape your own role as the team grows around you
What we're looking for
- Level 4 Diploma qualified, or within a couple of exams
- Two or more years' paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and happy to build process where none exists yet
- Genuinely interested in the business, not just the casework
