HR Co-ordinator - 12 months contract

Working for a busy leading Insurance Company in the City. You will assist with the effective operation and the smooth running of the HR Department by supporting the HR Business Partner/HR Operations Manager.
You will ensure that all enquiries are handled efficiently treated reasonably and settled expeditiously. Managing HR administration in relation to new joiner requests; contract extensions, contractual change requests and leavers. Arranging pre-employment health assessments and reference checks. You will also handle the administration of the probation process, monitoring key dates, notifying managers and issuing confirmation letters. Maintain and update the HR Database, organisation charts and other systems.
Ideally experience working in an HR Department is advantageous and available at short notice.
