Job Title: Front of House Receptionist
Working for a prestigious wealth management company in the City, your responsibilities will include for meeting and greeting visitors, answering phones, manging switchboard, booking meeting rooms, dealing with any queries, ordering stationery and office supplies, organising post and providing general admin.
To apply for this position, you will need to have some previous corporate receptionist experience. You need to have excellent communication and organisation skills and be computer literate. Good attention to detail and have a good professional presentation at all times. You will also need to be good at managing your own time.
Hours are 35 hours per week, with shifts 7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm.
Salary (min-max): £25 to 28k
