Are you an Administrator seeking a fulfilling role within a boutique financial services firm, known for its personalised approach and friendly atmosphere?

We are working with a growing financial services organisation who are looking to recruit an additional Financial Services Administrator. Our client is a Chartered and completely independent Financial Planning practice. Based in Bridgend, our client has a warm & welcoming environment, they have a close knit & friendly team that has been growing consistently for the past few years.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering administrative support, collaborating closely with Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass, but won't be confined to:

  • Compiling information for reports
  • Coordinating with third parties, including providers, to gather essential details
  • Maintaining precise client records within the internal back-office system
  • Aiding in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Managing the intake and processing of client correspondence
  • Handling general administrative tasks for the department

To be considered you should have circa 1 years’ experience working within a Financial Services organisation, ideally coming from a Financial Planning/Wealth background – however the client is also open to considering individuals from pensions, investments, mortgages and banking.
