As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a talented Financial Planner to join their team.
Role Overview: As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for servicing and developing a book of existing clients, providing comprehensive financial advice tailored to their individual needs. With a focus on pensions and investments, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic financial planning advice to clients, with a focus on pensions and investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and products that meet clients' needs.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure advice is up-to-date and compliant.
- Work closely with other members of the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Financial Planner or Advisor, preferably within an independent financial advisory firm.
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investments, with the ability to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Qualified to a minimum of Diploma level (DipFA, DipPFS, or equivalent). Chartered status would be advantageous.
- A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Salary and Benefits:
