Employee Benefits Administrator - Home based 

Salary negotiable up to around £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. The company is a boutique, UK based Employee Benefits Advisor who have experience in working with SME's, Mid-corporates and large corporates in the UK and US.

This position primarily involves assisting Financial Advisors in establishing employee benefits within the SME and mid-corporate sector. Your responsibilities will include managing group pensions, Group Risk (GCIC, GIP, GLA), health, and wellbeing benefits, as well as conducting pension uploads. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from home.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in group pensions, Group Risk (GCIC, GIP, GLA), health, and wellbeing.
  • Proven account management experience.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in independent work environments and seeks opportunities for professional growth.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Administrator/ Account Management role.


  • Provide ongoing administration for workplace pension schemes, group risk, and healthcare benefits for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, HR, and payroll services via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Address client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive support to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
