A successful Financial Advisory Practice, offering specialist solutions in Inheritance Tax, Investment and Pension Planning to high net worth clients, located near Maidenhead, requires a Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly team.
The main objective of this role will be to support the Advisers in the pre and post servicing of prospects and clients to maximise business opportunities and provide customer service at the
highest level. This will involve diary management, producing illustrations and research as appropriate, processing applications, post sales servicing including compliance and updating of the in house computerised client management system (Quay CCD). There will be client contact, predominantly via the telephone so would suit a confident well spoken individual.
The role is varied and requires a person who is able to work on their own initiative and thrives on multi-tasking but also be part of a growing team. This would suit a person with previous
financial servicing experience, particularly within the IFA market, working towards their Cert PFS status within the CII.
