Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Mansfield - Salary to £23,000 plus Bonuses and Benefits

MB Fitzgerrald Recruitment are currently working with one of the UK's leading Financial Services Organisations who are looking to add a Trainee Mortgage Adviser to their busy team in Mansfield.

Our client have multiple offices across the UK and specialise in providing Financial Planning, Employee Benefits and Mortgage Advice services to private clients and companies throughout the UK. They are true market leaders, known for their excellent client service and considered a great place to work by their employees.

This current vacancy is working within a very experienced and close-knit team in Mansfield.

Talking to the head of Mortgages he advised us that he would love to see candidates that are looking to get into the Mortgage Advice sector. So we are not necessarily looking for candidates with any/ a lot of experience, but more looking for those who are hungry and determined; he wants to see passion and enthusiasm for the Mortgage Advice sector.
The candidate could either be CeMap qualified and looking to get into another role with a company that can offer growth and a better opportunity, or they can be part qualified and able to show their determination to succeed in a thriving Mortgage market.
As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will shadow and support some of their most experienced Mortgage Advisers until you are qualified and ready to work with your own client bank.
The company are linked with one of the biggest referral networks in the UK as well as having a great name in the market and plenty of existing clients who are keen to use their services. Because of this high demand, they will be able to provide everything that the new hire needs to ensure that they are successful. All that they need is someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn from their experienced Managers and team.
Salary on offer:
- Part qualified / less experience - £20,000-£23,000 plus company benefits and Bonuses
- Qualified / Experienced candidates can expect a slightly higher basic of £24,000-£25,000 plus Benefits and performance related Bonus- Once signed off the salary will then increase but this is the starting point.
