MB Fitzgerald are working with a firm of Financial Advisers based in Coventry to recruit for a Receptionist/ Administrator for a maternity cover. The role is a temporary position which should last a minimum of 9 months.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist and administrator with excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
You will be the first point of contact for clients; answering the phone, greeting visitors, organising post, scanning, filing, typing etc. In time you may also be trained on some more specialist financial services administration tasks.
Working hours are 9.30am - 4.30pm; Mon - Thurs (9.30am - 1.30pm; Friday)
