As a Platform Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the platform team and ensuring smooth operations for both colleagues and platform customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client transfers and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of these processes
  • Handling various transactional processes, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing comprehensive platform administration support to colleagues, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with the platform team to identify and implement process improvements

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have experience in a platform administration role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of client transfer processes and transactional workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise support to colleagues and customers
  • Proficiency in using financial platforms and software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
