Job Title: Personal Assistant - Insurance
Description: We are looking for a highly professional and Polished PA who can work alongside the Group Business Manager of this City based Insurance Company. This is not a traditional PA role, you will be involved in various projects and company strategic meetings. Main duties will include project support, communicating directives and initiatives across the business, scheduling meetings and attending meetings where necessary to take minutes if necessary. Arranging conference calls, manage the day to day diary, booking and arranging all travel requirements, preparing documents, reports and presentations. The role will need someone who is use to being highly confidential as you will be exposed to highly sensitive Group information.
Requirements/Experience: To apply for this position you will need to have strong organising and communication skills and be able to remain calm whilst under pressure. You will have a strong knowledge of the London market insurance Industry. Be articulate and reliable depending on the business requirements. You will also need to have done a varied administration role and be used to working on your own initiative. A sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
