With a commitment to excellence in financial services, a well-established and highly respected wealth planning company located in Reigate are seeking a Paraplanner to join their dedicated team and working alongside their lead Financial Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Financial Advisers to conduct research and analysis for client needs.
- Prepare Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.
- Assist in organizing and conducting client annual review meetings.
- Execute trades and handle new business submissions efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and external parties.
- Perform various financial calculations, including Annual Allowance, Tapered Annual Allowance, carry forward, CGT, and IHT.
- Utilize cash flow modeling techniques.
- Conduct fund research to support adviser recommendations.
- Play a role in key projects such as the Consumer Duty initiative.
- Mentor and provide training to paraplanners and client support staff.
- Collaborate closely with the team for effective workflow and resource management.
- Independently manage your tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Paraplanning role.
- Strong report writing and investment market research experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet specific deadlines.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
- Proficient in database management and tracking systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various financial products.
- Familiarity with Annual Allowance, Tapered Annual Allowance, carry forward, CGT, and IHT calculations.
- Experience with financial tools like FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and forecasting.
