We are currently working exclusively with a national financial planning business to recruit for an experienced Operations Manager to head up their client services team based across three offices. Your main office will be Reading, however you will be required to travel to the businesses other offices in the South East when required.
The role will be to manage the client services teams which provide both technical and administration support to the financial planners of the business. You will be managing both paraplanners and administrators on a daily basis and duties will include; monitoring performance, KPI's and undertaking one to one performance reviews. You will also be required to report to the head of financial planning on a regular basis as well as travel to other offices when required.
Potential candidates should have experience managing back offices teams in either of the following; financial planning, wealth management, pensions support, investments support or any other financial services organisation. Experience within financial planning is not essential as long as you have solid administration management experience.
