MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a highly respected professional services organisation to recruit for a Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release Adviser. The role will be working within their well-established Loughborough offices, working closely with their IFA's and professional network to provide Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release advice to their clients.

You will be joining a highly respected organisation with a loyal client base, so there will be plenty of opportunity for generating business. The successful candidate will benefit from working closely with the company's Chartered Financial Planners, Accountants, Lawyers and their clients.

The company offer a holistic approach to mortgage advice, just as they do with pension or investment advice and they pride themselves on providing a high level of service. Because of this, we are looking for a candidate who can share these values and ensure the company is represented whenever you deal with a client.

Candidates must be experienced and qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser's and ideally will have previous experience of working within a broker although those with relevant experience and qualifications from a Banking background (or similar) will certainly be consisderd. You must have excellent communication skills and will have proven business development skills. Experinece of providing Equity Release advice (and relevant qualifications) is also essential.

The role is paying a basic salary of around £25,000 to £30,000 plus a bonus structure and realistic on target earnings of between £50-55,000. You will also be provided with an excellent benefits package including a 7% pension contribution. There is plenty of opportunity to earn considerable bonus in this role and progress within the company in the future.
