Junior Financial Planner - East Midlands (Home based) - Salary plus 33% Bonus on all New Business written - Fantastic progression opportunity with all clients provided

MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a well established and ambitious Financial Planning business who have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Financial Planner. The role would be suitable for a Paraplanner looking to make a step up or someone at the start of their Financial Planning career who has unfortunately had their circumstances change due to the difficulties Covid19 has caused.

Candidates will be working closely with the MD, a highly successful Financial Planner and entrepreneur who will be actively involved in your training and development. You'll have clients to work with straight away, but until you are ready another Adviser will work with you in client meetings. Once you are the Adviser that you want to be, you'll be working with a substantial existing client book and your salary and earnings will reflect this.

Whilst you are still training, you will also be assisting the company by providing Paraplanning support to the existing Advisers and their clients, however the expectation is that you will be Advising your own clients fairly quickly.

We are looking for someone who is Diploma qualified as a minimum. You will have a good knowledge of all financial services products and excellent communication skills. We are not looking for a salesman but candidates must be confident in their ability to build trusting relationships with clients during meetings.

Starting salary is negotiable at around £25-30K plus Bonuses of 33% of all new business written. Once you are the Adviser you want to be your basic salary will consist 33% of all recurring fee income. All clients will be provided by the company so for example, looking after £200K recurring, your basic would be £66K plus 33% of all new business written.
