Mbf are working with a highly successful & fully Independent Financial Advisory practice in Bristol to recruit a Junior Financial Adviser. The client has offices across the South West, they are a growing organisation who have an exceptional reputation across the region.
Due to this continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to join their advisory team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an aspiring individual to join a dynamic organisation where you can have a long term & profitable career.
You will play a crucial role in servicing and further developing an existing book of clients.
You will benefit from the mentorship and guidance of Senior Financial Planners, who will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Responsibilities:
- Assist in servicing and developing a portfolio of clients under the guidance of Senior Financial Planners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and proactively seeking ways to drive company growth
- Offering comprehensive services across all areas of financial advice
- Work closely with the Paraplanning & Administration teams to provide a truly first-class service to clients.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Level 4 qualified as a minimum
- The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months Financial Advisory experience and will be looking for a new home within a forward thinking, supportive environment where they can have a long-term career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The client will also consider an experienced Paraplanner (or similar) who is looking to move into an Advisory position
