Team Leader - IFA Administrator - Technical Administration - City centre Birmingham
MB Fitzgerald are currently working with a leading firm of IFA's who are currently looking to recruit for an experienced IFA Administrator in a Team Leader capacity.
You will work alongside the Administration Manager to deliver an excellent support service to the IFA's and their clients. You'll have your own small team of administrators, for whom you will distribute work, assist with mentoring and training and be a contact to report illness and sickness on day of absence.
You will also be responsible for:
- Assist Consultants in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research for the Consultant
- Prepare and issue client reviews including obtaining product specific information e.g. switch fees and funds available and charges
- Work with FE analytics
- Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
- Process new business process through to conclusion
- Work with Platform sites
