MB Fitzgerald are currently working with a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Handforth, Cheshire who have a requirement for an experienced IFA Administrator to join them on a part time basis in order to cover a 12 month maternity leave.
The team is small and friendly and the company look after their staff which is why they have a low turnover. This is the ideal role for somebody who is looking to work around 22 hours per week, possibly school hours.
Tasks will include: To fully support the Life & Pensions department, checking & forwarding on Policy Documents, Day-to-day administration / dealing with post from insurance companies & clients, Updating of values / records of policies & preparing periodic review packs for clients, providing illustrations for consultants, life & pension policy quotes from insurers, producing
reports through Avelo, Maintaining Avelo, inputting new client and new policy information.
Candidates must have previous financial services administration experience, ideally from within an IFA practice.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Some on the job training will be provided.
