IFA Administrator - Warwick - Well established financial services organisation - Salary up to £26,000, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a well established firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Warwick who are looking to recruit and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their team.

This division of the company specialise in providing independent financial advice to private clients and companies and your role will be to work closely with the advisers, ensuring that clients get a first class service. We are looking for an experienced candidate from an IFA background who can hit the ground running. They use intelliflo as their back office system so any previous experience using this would be ideal although this is not essential

Duties will include:

General Administration support including:

  • Processing new business
  • General suitability letters & correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining Intelliflo administration system
  • Client contact and liaison with insurance companies
  • Fund switching within range of financial products
  • Wrap Platform processing & administration
  • Assisting with portfolio & fund reviews

Group Scheme Administration including:

  • Re-broking Employee Benefit Schemes
  • Preparing pension review packs for group pension scheme visits
  • Liaison with clients and insurance companies
  • Preparation of client Annual Review Packs
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Incoming & Outgoing calls
  • Diary & Post Management

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have demonstrable experience in an administrator's role within the Investment & Pensions industry
  • Qualification would be ideal, it is not a necessity
  • Professional and organised approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You will have good IT skills
