MB Fitzgerald recruitment are currently working with the Fareham office of a National Financial Planning group to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator.
The successful candidate will be working very closely with the Director of the Fareham office. You will act as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions and investments as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration. You'll work alongside IFA's and Paraplanners to ensure that clients receive a first class service.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of client review packs
- Illustration requests
- Back office support
- Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the Firm's procedures
- Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client and firm's files are well presented, accurate and compliant
We are looking for an experienced Administrator from a financial planning background. You should have a good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial services products. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be used to working under pressure and to deadlines.
Full support will be provided towards studies for professional qualifications and there will be plenty of opportunities to progress within the business. The basic salary is to £25,000 + bonus and excellent benefits including pension, PMI, excellent holiday entitlement and much more.
